Our dedicated carers become part of your home, offering personal care, meal planning and preparation, support with health and social care appointments, support with getting involved with activities of interest in the community, light housekeeping, and companionship.

We are a big promoter of the “Stay Up Late Campaign” so that our service users are supported to engage in activities of interest outside of working hour.

Supported Living at Connect Care empowers individuals aged 18+ with various mental health needs or those with learning disabilities or autism.

We offer flexible support, from a few hours weekly to 24/7 care tailored to personal requirements. Our experienced team, drawing on over 40 years in mental health, fosters independence, well-being, and recovery within the community.

We work closely with social workers and reputable landlords to identify suitable housing for service users and ensure that these homes are personalised to meet the needs of service users. We also ensure that the service users receive the best possible care in their homes and are supported to engage in activities of interest with  the community.

We clients gain training and employment if they wish to do so or to access education.

Our Personal Care service covers morning and evening routines,; ranging from support with personal hygiene, dressing, meal planning and preparation, access to the community and mobility assistance.

Our trained staff ensure timely medication management, vital for staying safely at home and avoiding hospitalisation.
